You get to see a lot of temples, monasteries, and historical sites as you begin your adventure in Kathmandu, the city of temples. A visit to Kathmandu is the ideal prelude to a pilgrimage to Lumbini. When visiting Kathmandu, you can also go shopping for a variety of items. The best choices are Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The Lumbini Tour may be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you if you believe in Buddha.

Three-day Autumn Lumbini Tour (September to November)
A trip to Lumbini in the fall is a wonderful experience. The average daytime temperature ranges from 20°C to 30°C (68°F to 86°F), making for a warm and pleasant climate. This holy site is ideal for exploring because of the serene atmosphere created by the verdant surroundings and the pure, crisp air. The vibrant plants and animals that surround you will add to Lumbini’s spiritual and cultural value. Autumn is the perfect time to visit the birthplace of Lord Buddha, explore the monastic area, or take day trips to other historical places in the area. It’s a spiritually enlightening and unforgettable experience.

Three-day wintertime Lumbini Tour (December to February)
The Lumbini tour provides a special and peaceful experience in the winter. Although Lumbini has colder weather during these months, with daytime highs of 15°C to 24°C (59°F to 75°F), the area acquires a calm and pleasant aura. There might be fewer people in Lumbini’s gardens and holy locations, giving guests a more private and introspective setting. For individuals who enjoy colder temperatures and clean, fresh air, Lumbini’s winters can be very enjoyable. The weather is ideal for comfortably touring the Maya Devi Temple, the monastic area, and other historical and cultural locations.

Lumbini Tour Package

A three-day Lumbini Tour during the spring (March–May)
A tour of the Lumbini in the spring is a pleasant experience. With blossoming flowers and good weather, springtime in Lumbini brings about a rebirth of nature, that makes it a great time to explore this sacred site. In Lumbini, springtime temperatures are reasonably warm, with daytime highs between 25°C and 35°C (77°F and 95°F). Lumbini’s gardens and surrounds come alive with brilliant hues, providing a stunning setting for your visit. The region is made even more beautiful by the clear skies and low humidity, which also offer great visibility for seeing the holy sites and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere.

3-day monsoon season Lumbini Tour (Jun – Aug)
When comparing the Lumbini Tour during the monsoon season to other times of the year, there are differences in experience. The region has high levels of humidity and precipitation during the monsoon season, which may have an impact on your travel itinerary and overall experience. Lumbini has regular rain showers throughout the monsoon season, which is frequently accompanied by verdant, beautiful scenery. Daytime highs are still in the upper 80s to upper 90s degrees Fahrenheit (82°F to 93°F). However, there can be a lot of humidity, which could make exploring outside less comfortable. As the monsoon is regarded as Lumbini’s off-peak travel season, there might be fewer visitors at this time. This can work to your favor if you’d like to have a more sedate and reflective encounter.
