Day 4 Lhasa Sightseeing

Day 5 Lhasa Sightseeing

Day 6 Drive to Shigatse via Gyantse (3,900m)

Day 8 Drive to Lungchang and Trek to Lungchang Pang (4600m)

From Lotingri, you will drive to Lungchang, where your trekking adventure begins. The trek from Lungchang to Lungchang Pang takes about three hours, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Overnight in a camp.

Day 9 Trek to Panga La Thang via Nam La Pass (4500m)

Today’s trek takes you from Lungchang Pang to Panga La Thang, passing through Nam La Pass. The six-hour trek provides spectacular views of the Himalayas and the vast Tibetan plateau. Overnight in a camp.

Day 10 Trek to Rongbuk (5,000m)

Continue your trek to Rongbuk, home to the highest monastery in the world. The five-hour trek offers awe-inspiring views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks. Overnight in a guesthouse or camp.

Day 11 Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,250m)

From Rongbuk, you will trek to Everest Base Camp, taking about five hours. This part of the trek brings you closer to the world’s highest peak, offering unparalleled views of the Everest massif. Overnight in a camp at Everest Base Camp.

Day 12 Leisure Time at Everest Base Camp

Day 13 Trek to Japanese Camp (5,460m)

Trek from Everest Base Camp to Japanese Camp, located at an altitude of 5,460 meters. The trek covers a distance of 12 kilometers and takes about four hours. Overnight in a camp.

Day 14 Trek to Interim Camp (5,800m)

Day 15 Trek to Changtse Base Camp (5,950m)

Day 16 Trek to Everest Advanced Base Camp and Return to Changtse Base Camp (6,340m)

Day 17 Return to Everest Base Camp and Drive to Lotingri (4,348m)

Day 18 Drive to Kerung (2,800m)

From Lotingri, you will drive to Kerung, a border town between Tibet and Nepal. The five-hour drive takes you through stunning landscapes and offers a glimpse into the local Tibetan lifestyle. Overnight at a hotel in Kerung.

Day 19 Drive to Kathmandu

Today, you will drive from Kerung to Kathmandu, crossing the border back into Nepal. The journey back to Kathmandu offers more stunning views of the Himalayas and the lush green valleys of Nepal. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 20 Final Departure

Your adventure concludes with a final departure from Kathmandu.
