On day one of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Lodge Trek, you will be transported from Kathmandu to Besisahar. The travel will take approximately 6-7 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
You’ll wake up early and travel to Besisahar. You’ll enjoy stunning vistas and countryside views along the route. You will pass through lush green woods, waterfalls, and terraced fields, giving you a glimpse of Nepal’s countryside.
As you approach closer to Besisahar, the road narrows and winds. You will need to cross the Marsyangdi River to arrive to the Lamjung region. Besisahar, located 820 meters above sea level, serves as the Lamjung district’s administrative center.
When you arrive in Besisahar, you will check into your luxury hotel and have some time to relax and prepare for the next day. You can tour the town and its surroundings, or simply relax and enjoy the views. In the evening, you will meet with your hiking guide, who will provide you with all of the necessary information on the journey.
On the second day of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Hike, you will wake up early and go to Chame. The road from Besisahar to Chame is attractive and scenic, with stunning views of the Himalayas and the region’s lush green forests.
On your route to Chame, you’ll pass through tiny towns and villages where you may witness how locals live. You will also see multiple suspension bridges across the Marsyangdi River, making the journey even more exhilarating.
When you arrive in Chame, you will check into your luxury room and have some time to relax and prepare for the next day. Chame is a picturesque town located 2670 meters above sea level and surrounded by mountains on all sides. The town is recognized for its traditional architecture and stunning vistas of the Himalayas.

After lunch, take a short walk around the village to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. You can visit the nearby monastery to learn about the region’s customs and culture. In the evenings, you can eat a great dinner at your hotel and then relax by the fireplace, soaking in the tranquil surroundings.
On day 3 of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, you will trek from Dharapani to Upper Pisang through stunning scenery. On the route, you’ll see gorgeous cities, lush forests, and the stunning Marsyangdi River.
As soon as you start your hike, the panorama will change. The forests will begin to thin down, making room for more open ground. You will also see the Annapurna and Pisang peaks in the background, which are stunning.
The track is well-kept and simple to navigate, with modest rises and descents along the way. You will pass through little towns such as Bagarchhap, which boasts stunning apple orchards and a distinct architectural style.
After a few hours of trekking, you’ll arrive in Upper Pisang, a lovely town perched on a hill overlooking the valley. You can spend some time exploring the town and getting to know the friendly locals.

On the fourth day of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, you will walk to Manang, which is 3,540 meters above sea level. The journey will take you through breathtaking scenery, allowing you to see the mountains in all their beauty.
The walk to Manang will begin in the early morning. Ascend to the settlement of Pisang by following the Marsyangdi River. Along the trip, you’ll see a lot of amazing suspension bridges. You will also pass through little communities where people go about their everyday activities.
As you continue along the road, you will see that the forests alter and become less dense. You’ll be hiking through pine and juniper forests, with fewer trees and more rocks as you ascend higher. The terrain will become steeper, and you’ll need to stop frequently to collect your breath and adjust to the increased elevation.
After a few hours of hiking, you’ll arrive to Manang, a picturesque town surrounded by snow-capped mountains. You can take a pause and admire the stunning Annapurna range. You’ll spend the night in a cozy lodge, where you may take a nice shower and eat a warm supper.
On Day 5 of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, you will arrive at Manang, a town situated 3,540 meters above sea level. This day has been designated for acclimatization, so you will have time to recover and adjust to the higher atmosphere.
During your acclimatization day in Manang, you might wish to go for a short walk about the village or do some easy stretching exercises to assist your body adjust to the higher elevation. Altitude sickness can be dangerous on the Luxury Annapurna Circuit Trek, so take it easy today.

During the journey, you will be accompanied by an expert guide who will explain the region’s culture and history. You will also have porters to carry your belongings, allowing you to enjoy the trek without having to lug a large backpack.
When you arrive in Ladar, you will check into your magnificent lodges and spend some time relaxing and recharging. The places to stay in Ladar have been carefully picked to provide you with all of the amenities of modern life while also allowing you to appreciate the area’s natural beauty.
In the evening, the hotel’s chef will cook a delightful supper using locally sourced products and flavors. You can also go around town and speak with the nice locals to learn more about their way of life.
On the seventh day of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, participants will travel from Ladar to Thorong High Camp. This will be an interesting and challenging day as they climb higher and approach the Thorong La Pass, the trip’s highest point.
The walk will begin with a difficult climb out of Ladar, but the vistas of the surrounding mountains will be well worth the effort. The path will eventually level off as hikers pass through a picturesque valley surrounded by high peaks. They will continue through small towns and yak herds before arriving in Thorong Phedi, where they will have lunch.
Following a break, the group will proceed to Thorong High Camp. This section of the trip is more difficult because the trail climbs higher and the altitude begins to impact the body. But the sense of accomplishment when they reach the high camp will make it all worthwhile. The views of the adjacent mountains, including Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Chulu West, will be stunning.
Once the group arrives to Thorong High Camp, they will settle into their nice rooms and eat a hot lunch. They’ll spend the remainder of the evening sleeping and adjusting to the high altitude as they prepare for the next day’s trip over the Thorong La Pass. This will be the trek’s highest point, at an elevation of 5,416 meters (17,769 feet). You’ll need to get an early start to go over the pass before the weather changes.
On the eighth day of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, you will begin one of the most challenging and rewarding sections of the journey. You will travel early in the morning to traverse the Thorong La High Pass, which stands 5,416 meters high. The journey is steep and rocky, but the stunning vistas of the surrounding peaks and valleys make the effort worthwhile.
When the group reaches the top of the pass, they will be able to see snow-covered mountains in the distance, which is a breathtaking sight. It’s difficult to describe what it was like to reach the summit of the pass and feel pleased and excited. After taking some time to admire the scenery and take pictures, the group will begin descending into Muktinath.
The descent from Thorong La is equally difficult because the road is steep and rough. However, the vistas of the Kali Gandaki River and its surrounding valleys are once again stunning. After several hours of climbing, the group will arrive at Muktinath, a holy site.
Muktinath is a sacred religious location for both Hindus and Buddhists. The temple complex contains various shrines and holy locations, including a natural gas light that is reported to have been blazing for centuries. The group will have some time to tour the temple complex and soak up the spiritual ambiance before retiring to their magnificent accommodations for the night.
On the ninth day of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, the route will continue from Muktinath to Jomsom. The walk is estimated to last between 5 and 6 hours and cover approximately 15 kilometers.
The expedition will begin with a descend to the Kali Gandaki River, which boasts one of the world’s deepest gorges. The walk will next follow the riverbed and pass through the picturesque town of Kagbeni, which is famed for its traditional mud-brick buildings and narrow alleyways.
After a brief stop in Kagbeni, the walk will continue to Jomsom, the largest town in the area. The trail will pass through the Mustang area’s barren hills and windy landscape, which is famed for its unusual rock formations.
When trekkers arrive in Jomsom, they can explore the town and see the various landmarks, including the Jomsom Museum, which houses a variety of things related to the area’s culture and history. The town also boasts various restaurants and pubs where hikers can grab a hot meal and unwind after a long day on the trail.
On day 10 of the Annapurna Circuit Luxury Trek, you’ll fly from Jomsom to Pokhara. The flight takes only about 20 minutes, but the vistas of the Annapurna mountain range are breathtaking.
When you arrive in Pokhara, you will be driven to their Lakeside hotel, which is well-known for its stunning views of Phewa Lake and the surrounding mountains. The remainder of the day can be spent relaxing and exploring the surroundings.
