When you arrive, RT personnel will meet you at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to your accommodation. You can explore the Thamel region if you’re not too fatigued. RT will host a welcome supper for you in the evening.
On this day, our tour officially starts. You will see the Kathmandu UNESCO World Heritage site with our guide. You will see more than 500 years of Nepalese art and culture when you visit Kathmandu’s Durbar Square. You will also visit Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, which is another well-liked tourist attraction. You will also go to the largest temple in Hinduism, Pashupatinath, on this day. You will also visit Bouddhanath, which is only a short stroll from Pashupatinath. It’s among South Asia’s biggest stupas.
UNESCO has inscribed Patan Durbar Square as a World Heritage Site. It is an artistic and architecturally rich historic location. In addition to Patan Durbar, another location worth observing in this vicinity is Krishna Temple. It’s reported that a single rock was carved to build the temple.
We are also planning to visit Bhaktapur on the same day. It is a traditional city with a distinct way of life and culture. The attractions that draw travellers to this location are the Nyatapole Temple, The Golden Gate, and 55 Window Palace.
On the fourth day, we will leave for Chitwan after an early breakfast. The distance from Kathmandu is more than 150 kilometres. We’ll travel along the Trishuli River’s bank on a road that descends. Our personnel will give you an overview of the things we will be doing during our stay in Chitwan as soon as we arrive. We shall have dinner in the evening and see a cultural programme that Tharu performs.
We shall embark on a jungle tour today on elephant back before breakfast. We visit the elephant stables after breakfast and even get to bathe the elephants. We can go on a boat ride on the Rapti River or have a drive through the bush in the midday. We will be able to see Mugger crocodiles up close while boating, in addition to other aquatic animals like dolphins and waterfowl. We’ll stay the night at a hotel in Chitwan.
We will spend some time seeing some migratory birds before breakfast, as this park is home to over 500 different species of birds. We go by car for Kathmandu after breakfast. We return to the capital around nightfall and have a goodbye meal.
Today is the last day of our journey as you prepare your belongings for departure. You’ll be driven to the airport by an RT agent.

The capital is the starting point of your amazing seven-day adventure to the Kathmandu Valley and Chitwan National Park. You will travel to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Patan, Bhaktapur, and Kathmandu. You will have the opportunity to see Kathmandu’s Pashupatinath Temple, the holiest site for Hindus, Bouddhanath, and Swoyambhunath, a Buddhist temple. Travelling to Nagarkot, a hill station around 40 minutes away from Bhaktapu, will rejuvenate you. Another fantastic city with amazing architecture and culture is Patan.
The journey continues to Chitwan. The first national park in the nation to be designated as a World Heritage Site is Chitwan National Park. More than 700 different species of wildlife can be found there, including about 43 different mammal species, including the Royal Bengal Tiger and One Horned Rhino. Over five hundred different kinds of birds have been identified in Chitwan National Park, according to bird watchers and environmentalists. From Kathmandu, the park is about 155 kilometres away.
We will be lodging in a five-star hotel in Kathmandu of your choosing. You are going to stay here for four nights. You will also stay in Chitwan for two nights. The lodging requirements are based on twin sharing. You must spend an extra $300 US for a single room.
During your visit in Kathmandu, your hotel will provide breakfast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included in the three meals you will have while visiting Chitwan. RT will provide banquets to celebrate arrival and departure.
You will receive a Nepalese visa upon arrival. You will receive a 15–5 month tourist visa upon arrival in Nepal. Depending on why you are visiting, you will be granted a 15- to 3-month visa for tours.
You must provide a photocopy of your passport and two passport-sized photos in order to go trekking.
