Annapurna Yoga Retreat Trek

Annapurna 8-day yoga trip is a basic but effective hiking journey in Nepal’s Annapurna region. It transports you to a naturally profound setting adorned with mountains, hills, and a distinct ethnic touch.

With views of towering mountains and the tranquil Annapurna setting, you will wander through nature while practicing yoga and meditation. It is the ideal trek in Nepal for those seeking inner, spiritual, and physical calm.

Annapurna yoga journey of 8 days begins and concludes in Kathmandu. The routes pass via Pokhara, Ghandruk, Landruk/Tolka, Dhampus, Dhampus Phedi, Pokhara, and then return to Kathmandu.

Throughout the yoga trip, you will enjoy an amazing view of the Himalayas, including Annapurna (I, II, III, and South), Gangapurna, Hiunchuli, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and many more.

Similarly, you will walk through beautiful, lush forest paths, cascading waterfalls, riverways, suspension bridges, terraced farmlands, temples and monuments, and communities populated primarily by Gurung, Chhetri, and Tamang people.

An 8-day yoga walk to Annapurna is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to appreciate the natural scenery while inhaling tranquil breaths. It is because the trek’s goal is to provide you with the opportunity to explore the Himalayas’ natural amphitheater.

Not only will the natural qualities be beneficial to you, but so will the assistance provided by the company. We provide well-experienced and motivated guides and porters to support you along the trek, regardless of the odds. Similarly, we advocate for ‘Yoga Gurus’ – teachers or trainers for yoga and meditation in times of need.
