Day 1 Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Today, following the morning yoga practice, you will visit Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur, all of which are temples and monuments. In the morning, our company representative will greet you at your hotel, and the exploring excursion will begin after breakfast. You will be walking around numerous religious and culturally significant sites around the valley.

Day 2 Fly to Pokhara and hike to Ghandruk

This is the first day of the four-day Annapurna Yoga Trek. Early in the morning, after breakfast, our company representative will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to the Kathmandu domestic terminal in a private vehicle. Then board the plane and fly to Pokhara. Upon arrival in Pokhara and completion of airport formalities, you will proceed to Nayapul. From Nayapul, hike up and downhill to Ghandruk. When you arrive at Ghandruk, you can enjoy the cultural and traditional program, which includes an ethnic meal. Spend the night in a beautiful hotel in Ghandruk.

Flight time: 25-30 minutes (from Kathmandu to Pokhara).
Drive time: around two hours (from Pokhara to Nayapul).
Walking time: four to five hours.
Maximum altitude is 2,012 meters (Ghandruk).
Minimum altitude: 822 meters (Pokhara).

Day 4 Hike to Landruk or Tolka

Today, you will get up early and enjoy some morning drinks. Then, continue your morning practice in the hotel where you will stay overnight. Following completion, you will eat breakfast and continue your silent journey to Landruk or Tokla. You can either continue on to Tolka and spend the night there, or you can end your day hike at Landruk. Tolka is just an hour away from Landruk. On this day, the majority of the hiking will be downhill from the start, but after crossing the suspension bridge, you will have an uphill walk to Landruk. Indulge in a campfire dinner at the magnificent hotel.

Walking time: 3–4 hours
Maximum altitude is 2,012 meters (Ghandruk).
Minimum altitude: 1,628 meters (Landruk) or 1,700 meters (Tolka).
Day trip grade: easy.
Lunch: Along the hiking trail
Dinner: Landruk.
Yoga sessions: Morning sunlight practice.
Mountains seen include Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and Fishtail.
The main features of the day are: 1.5 hours downhill, suspension bridge, 1.5 hours upwards, mountains, river, local towns, temple, and so on.

Day 5 Hike to Dhampus

Following an early morning wake-up and breakfast refreshments, you will resume the sunrise practice. After completing it, you will eat breakfast and proceed to Dhampus. It will be a silent trek, so you will be able to go about and enjoy the natural surroundings without chatting. It would take around 4 to 5 hours to reach Dhampus from Landruk, and upon arrival, you will have an exquisite meal at the magnificent hotel. Take some time to rest and relax before continuing with your yoga sessions. Enjoy your yoga and meditation sessions while admiring the breathtaking views of the mountains, landscapes, and natural plants. Enjoy the campfire meal and overnight stay at the Dhampus hotel.

Maximum altitude is 1,650 meters (Dhampus).
Minimum altitude: 1,628 meters (Landruk).

Dinner: Dhampus.

Day 6 Hike to Dhampus Phedi and drive to Pokhara

This is the concluding day of the four-day Annapurna yoga trek. You will have refreshment drinks early in the morning and then practice yoga at sunrise. After that, you’ll eat breakfast and walk to Dhampus Phedi. It will take approximately 1.5 hours of uphill and downhill walking to reach Dhampus Phedi from Dhampus. Then, continue the journey by driving from Phedi to Pokhara. It will take around 3 hours to drive the distance. You can have a tourist excursion in Pokhara via boating, seeing caves, cycling, and so forth. Spend the night in a nice hotel in Pokhara.

Walk time: 1.5 hours.
Drive time: Approximately 3 hours (Dhampus Phedi to Pokhara).
Maximum altitude is 1,650 meters (Dhampus).
Minimum altitude: 822 meters (Pokhara).

Lunch: Pokhara.

Day 7 Fly to Kathmandu / Shopping & Party

Today, you will fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu on an aircraft. The flight time will be calculated when you buy the trip and based on how it is structured. The company representative will transport you from your accommodation to the airport. After completing the departure formalities, you will fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. It will take approximately 25 to 30 minutes to get between these two locations. When you arrive in Kathmandu, our company representative will drive you to a hotel where you may freshen up and relax. You can either spend the rest of the day relaxing in your hotel or seeing some of Kathmandu’s neighboring attractions.
