The days are warm, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to suffer through the intense cold. Even when the temperature drops to -8 degrees Celsius at night, it’s crucial to be prepared for chilly evenings.

Springtime trekking is particularly enchanting because of the changing colours of the surroundings. The road is adorned with vibrant magnolia and rhododendron blooms, which accentuate the verdant, lush woodlands.

The wooded trail will become a tapestry of colours, providing you with a visual feast. However, due to its popularity, this time of year the route may get very busy, so it’s better to book accommodations well in advance.

Accommodation During Annapurna Base Camp Short Trek

Throughout your four days of trekking, we will set up cosy tea houses along the way where you will spend the night. Please be aware that our prices do not cover lodging in Pokhara or Kathmandu.

During your walk, we will arrange for twin sharing for all of the lodgings. However, please let us know when making your reservation whether you are travelling as a couple or if you would like a single room. We will provide a single room for you.

The major lodging for your short Annapurna trek will primarily be in teahouses. Along the path of the trip are modest hotels, or guesthouses, known as “teahouses.” They provide quite nice housing where you may relax after a long, busy hike.

Twin beds with modest linens are usual in rooms; some could have private bathtubs linked, while others have public amenities. In the general spaces, there’s a dining room where you can meet new people and exchange stories with other hikers.

Among the facilities offered by these teahouses are Wi-Fi (although the signal quality may be spotty at times), electrical device charging stations (also available for a fee), and hot tubs (additional charge). In the winter, common areas may contain a stove or fireplace to keep you warm.

Please be aware that as you approach higher elevations, amenities may become more basic and service rates may increase due to the logistical challenges of transportation.
