The ideal seasons for the seven-day fast trek around the Annapurna circuit are typically thought to be spring (March to May) and fall (September to November). These are the seasons when you can experience free, amazing views of the Annapurna region at its highest point while trekking on a dry path. Both of these seasons typically have stable weather.
Springtime
The lower trekking path is blanketed in spotted wildflowers throughout the springtime, when the entire Himalayan landscape comes to life. The eloped fauna and flora of the Annapurna Conservation Area should also be visible to you.
This is the perfect time of year to shoot that perfect photo because of the region’s vibrant beauty, lush hills, blue skies, and the sparkling peaks of the Himalayas.
In the spring, the Annapurna region experiences daily averages of 14°C to 23°C, with a low of 5°C.
Since the atmosphere over 4,000 metres is usually considered alpine, you should plan for any type of weather throughout your walk. You have to be ready for below-freezing morning and nighttime temps.
Autumn
Even between these two busy times of the year, autumn is considered the ideal season for mountain trekking excursions in the Himalayas. The nicest weather and temperatures of the year occur during this period, which ranges from 10°C to 20°C and is neither too hot nor too cold.
You may also look forward to viewing some of the most stunning Himalayan vistas because of the clear days. The verdant, fresh, and monsoon-nourished surroundings make hiking a fascinating activity every day. Similarly, the Himalayan springtime flower-blooming season is considered a nature lover’s paradise.

For those who are in the mood for a lighter lunch, there is also a selection of fresh fruits, veggies, and locally grown produce that is both healthful and delicious. Enjoy delicious food while taking in the breathtaking vistas of the Annapurna mountain range, making this incredible trek’s dining experience one to remember.
If you are going to an elevation higher than 2,500 metres, you run the risk of getting altitude sickness, often known as acute mountain sickness (AMS).
A higher risk group includes people with a history of altitude sickness, those who exercise or drink alcohol before acclimating to the altitude, and people who have respiratory conditions. We advise you to speak with your doctor for advice specific to you and your medical situation before confirming the expedition.
Altitude sickness symptoms include the following:
We will be hiking to the 5,416-meter-high Thorang La Pass (17,769 feet) on this expedition. Thus during your walk, altitude sickness may present a problem. Our guides will be present to assist you and ensure your walk is safe.
Please inform the guides if you encounter any of these symptoms or any additional discomforts. Depending on your condition, we may slow down the trek or add extra days for acclimatisation.
For safety reasons, every traveller to Nepal who intends to hike must have travel insurance. Buying travel insurance is a straightforward online procedure.
